Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us and we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe.

As a result, under no circumstances will Victoria Hannah divulge any information gathered about any individual user to a third party, except where required by law.

Any personal information collected is for the sole use of Victoria Hannah and is necessary for us to provide adequate service to our customers.

E-mail is an effective way to communicate.   SPAM is a problem that we all face.   It is unproductive and costly.   As a result, we will NEVER sell or divulge your email address to anyone.   We may however send you communication via e-mail which would consist of, but are not limited to:

• Order confirmations
• Updates in order status
• Valuable money saving coupons
• Gift certificates to our site

You will also have the option of subscribing to our newsletter.   At this time we do not currently publish a newsletter, but we may do so at some point in the future.   It is recommended that you subscribe to the newsletter.

Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Cart'.   This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart.   Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart.

Every member of our on-line showcase that logs in is given a 'Members Cart'.   This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout.   All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out or removed the products themselves.

If a member adds products to their 'Visitors Cart' and decides to log in to the online shop to use their 'Members Cart', the contents of their 'Visitors Cart' will merge with their 'Members Cart' contents automatically.

When you create an account, all of your billing and shipping information will be stored in our database.   This will automatically be entered for you when you return for future purchases.   You may enter up to 3 separate "Ship To" locations to choose from.

For security reasons (Yours and Ours), we will never store credit card information in our database.   Each time you place an order you will have to enter in your credit card information.   Upon checkout, the cart will connect to our payment processing center, where you will enter that information to complete the transaction.

Fraud prevention and security is a primary concern for us.   We have been conducting business online since 2004.     We have partnered with PayPal^TM for all of our our payment transactions.   Our cart, at time of checkout, will automatically take you to their secure website for payment processing.   Their site is fully protected, using 128-bit encryption on all information.   In addition, they require all customers to use the CVV number from their credit card during the check out process.   All of these security features are easily accessible and can be viewed directly from their site.
