Unless notified otherwise, Victoria Hannah will use the United States Postal Service® to ship all orders. All shipments are accompanied by a USPSTM Delivery ConfirmationTM Receipt or a USPSTM Insured Mail Receipt. As such, all shipments must go to a physical address; no shipments will be sent to P.O. Boxes.
For items that are in stock, packaging and shipping will normally take between 5 - 10 business days to reach certain destinations. We will do our absolute best ensure that your order is shipped the same or next day depending on when your order is received. For rush orders, priority deliveries can be scheduled through Priority MailTM or through other carriers, again depending on when your order is received.
For out-of-stock (or "Back-Ordered" items), or for customized design orders, deliveries could be extended to 4 - 6 weeks depending upon availability of the requested material. With this in mind, we strongly urge you to communicate special orders well in advance of when you intend to have the items in-hand. We will be certain to communicate with you as to the status of your order in a timely fashion.
Shipping Charges:
Unfortunately, shipping charges are a part of doing business over the Internet. At Victoria Hannah, we believe in offering our customers high quality custom made jewelry at very affordable prices. To that end, we have never inflated our prices in order to offer free shipping. We will continue to provide our customers with the highest quality, most affordable pieces they have come to know and expect from us, and discuss shipping options openly and honestly.
Return Policy:
Quality Commitment: Victoria Hannah will accept for return any product that is not 100% free from manufacturer defect. All other returns will be accepted in exchange for items of equal or lesser value, including gift certificates. Please review the following criteria for returns:
- All returns require authorization from a Victoria Hannah customer service representative.
- Any items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
- Victoria Hannah will only accept items received within 30 days of the original shipment date, unless approved otherwise.
- Victoria Hannah is not responsible for damages caused by normal or excessive "wear and tear".
- Victoria Hannah is not responsible for shipping expenses for any non-quality related returns.
- Victoria Hannah will not incur shipping expenses for any item that is classified as an exchange.
Damaged Merchandise Return Policy:
In the event that items are damaged during shipment, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact Victoria Hannah within 15 days of delivery.
- Damage must be noted on the original freight delivery receipt.
- Items must be held for inspection, including packaging and receipts, by the freight carrier.
Normal "Wear and Tear" Policy:
We at Victoria Hannah are pleased that you are happy with your purchase and understand that some items get used a little more than others, and tend to wear out faster. This can happen with jewelry as well. Victoria Hannah is happy to offer Repair Depot services. If you experience a break in any piece of jewelry you purchase from us, we will offer to repair the damage for you and restore it to its original form as best as possible.
